lack of air conditioning outdated shower
the breakfast was acceptable. i found sufficient options available to start my day.
the room lacked air conditioning. this. the provided fan did little to alleviate the stuffiness. i also observed the bathroom fittings to be outdated, particularly the shower.

friendly staff convenient location several choices
the staff were friendly. the location was convenient to euston station. breakfast provided several choices. i had no problem getting to places. the room was quite.
the room felt somewhat small. space around the bed was limited. the bathroom fixtures could use an update. i found it a little cramped.

helpful staff park view great location
the staff was very quick getting my luggage from concierge. i nearly missed my train, but they helped me catch it. the room overlooked the park (i liked tavistock square). the hotel is very close to the british museum.
the room did not have air conditioning.

The staff was efficient. They promptly retrieved my luggage from the concierge. this quick service ensured i did not miss my train.
